It also boasts an upgraded, new chassis, which is the FIRST ever new proffie chassis by my friends at TXQ:
This new chassis has a kill switch, the first ever for our proffie chassis, a removable speaker for upgrades, an RGB lit and emotional sound visualizer that corresponds to the blade, easy SD card access, easy connection to the saber itself when putting it in the hilt, and a quick release spring loaded battery, for easy in and out access. It also has a charge port in the chassis as well, should you choose not to take the spring loaded battery out.
This saber is VERY customizable. Equipped with a weathering sand block so you can weather your saber to your liking, from the leather wrap provided, to the aluminum hilt itself.
It comes with a purple collector's box, different from the usual Theory Sabers red collector's box, and comes in a purple velvet sash. Everything is different for this collection, to mark and symbolize something even more special than the other sabers we offer. This is the elite tier, which is why I only am offering it in proffie.
The photos you see here are a result of me customizing my hilt for about 45 minutes. It was a very meditative and enjoyable process that I'm sure everyone will find entrancing.
This will make each "Deceived" saber unique it its own right, unique to the collector, to you, to change its look over time as it suits your needs.
It comes pre-weathered and aged looking, but I love to make mine look super ancient.
Some of the design was inspired by the dark and light sabers by the Old Republic games.
There isn't too much from that era out there, so I wanted to offer something that is reminiscent of an older time.
This saber, with the chassis, is truly a ONE of a kind.
I've also added a NUMBERED metal plack that can be placed in your stand, that it comes with.
The numbers go up all the way to 200, depending on how fast you pre-order.
This is a pre-order, your saber will ship out EARLY June.

Covered Under Warranty:

Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

I was on my way back from a trip to Disney World when I decided to purchase this saber. Luckily, I was just in time because the email came out the night before.
Overall, the saber is high quality and very sturdy. One of the corners of the box was dinged a bit, but that's from the shipping company. Everything came in great shape. The box is still in great condition except for the one corner.
The saber had inverted controls for switching the color, but I was able to figure it out eventually and it works well.
I did notice that my charger piece that connects to the wall doesn't charge it like I wanted so I had to plug it up to my PC instead and it charged rather quickly.
The charges last for a long time even though I don't put hours on the saber.
I still haven't added the wrap to the hilt just yet but I will eventually and I can't wait. This review is way late, but at least I'm getting it done lol.
Last thing I will say is be very careful about twisting the bottom off of the saber or twisting it back into place. I came home one day and mine was loose for some reason right where you grip it so I twisted it back and unfortunately I broke a pin off from the board which caused the saber to no longer function. Total error on my part, but the Theory Support team was able to get it fixed for me free of charge and shipped it back within a few weeks and it's working like never before.
This company has the best customer support I've seen in a long time! Keep it and I'm sure I will be buying more sabers in the future.

Overall im very happy with the saber. Everything seems of high quality. The only gripe i have is that only after about 4 months of having the saber i contacted customer support cause the chassis was giving me issues and was not working. Customer service told me to buy a new battery, once i replaced the battery everything worked fine. Other than that the motion sensors are inverted when it comes to changing the color of the blade and my purple collectors box it came in was also a little banged up but thats to be expected with the mail service. Overall besides those minor issues the saber is awesome!
Got to say after some time playing with it, it has lived up my expectations. Really gives off that Ancient Sith vibes.

The look and feel of this saber is amazing! It comes pre-weathered slightly, but they also give you sanding blocks so you can weather it exactly how you want. I also love that they give 2 options for the leather wrap of the handle. It was really cool being able to wrap my own lightsaber handle. My only issue with it was the main button was loose. It started fine, then started causing issues like it was constantly being pressed. I reached out to support and they were amazing. It did take a little while which was understandable with a new product. They helped show me how to retighten the button and that seemed to fix it. Overall a great product and a great support experience!

The saber looks awesome and very unique. I actually have a similar saber in SWTOR and having a real life version makes it all the sweeter, especially with all the profile customization options. I did break some of the prongs when I first took the chassis out, but the group was able to repair it quickly. Super friendly as well. I won’t buy from anywhere else!
I purchased this Saber and the Satele bundle. All of them are pretty sturdy and in general seem well-made. The saber has good sound quality, the blade looks good, and the hilt is nice and solid.
So why the three stars?
First this saber was shipped in an extremely thin cardboard box with no gap between the collector box and the shipping box. The collector box was absolutely destroyed in shipping. I am honestly surprised that the blade itself was not broken. (The Satele Shipping box with basically nothing more than posterboard, but somehow the decorative box only had a couple small dents in it) you would think given the cost of these sabers they would be shipped in a much more protected way. (See photos)
But the main issues I have with this saber are similar to what others have posted. In the hilt, my light was installed backwards as well, showing the wiring. Because of this, it does not light up like it does in the photos or on any of the videos.
The other issue specific is that the motion sensor, like other Reviewers have said, is installed upside down. In order to change the blade color I have to hold the blade up and not down to the ground like the instructions say.
These were definitely more of a splurge/luxury purchase for me and you would think with them being a limited edition and restricted to only 200 there would've been better quality checks before they were sent out. For me, that's a bit disappointing, given how much sabers like these cost, and the amount of competition with other saber companies.
Overall, I am generally satisfied with the saber and I'm not regretting the purchase, I just hope that TS Is listening to some of this feedback and take the steps needed to improve the quality of the products they are selling, and the way they are shipping them.
