Very Important! This product contains high-strength magnets. Although the magnets provide strong holding force, the magnetic material itself is hard, brittle, and not impact-resistant. A magnet may chip, crack, or shatter if it is allowed to snap into another magnet, collide with a metal component, fall onto a hard surface, or otherwise receive a sudden impact.

- Weird pommel shape sabers (i.e. SNIPS)
How It Works
The stand uses a combination of permanent magnets and electromagnets to suspend the saber in mid-air. Once balanced correctly, the saber floats freely inside the display frame while rotating naturally for an eye-catching presentation.
Important Notes
- Requires careful balancing during setup
- Best results are achieved with properly weight-balanced hilts
- Strong magnetic fields — keep away from phones, cards, keys, and electronics (including electronic internals of your saber!)

Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.

Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.
