Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.

Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

The lightsaber itself is very well made and impressive quality, albeit I cant say the same for the blade. The blade was barely hit and the tip of the blades lights stopped working same day it arrived
Beautiful saber
I was really looking forward for this saber to get shipped and I have to say it was worth the wait. The functionality of this saber is something else. The amount of options you get out of the box are great and really help make it your own. The sound is clear and loud and doesnt sound like a toy, very realistic. The pixel blade is definitely a step up from what im used to and really adds to the realism including the effects that it provides. The twist function is what i really love about it because you dont have to struggle to find and hit the button to turn it on. Im very happy with this saber and I’m glad i finally pulled the trigger and ordered one. The only drawback is the amount if time it took to get shipped, roughly two weeks. The saber’s functions weren’t consistent with the instruction guide either. A couple of them were in different order from what the guide shows on how to change them. Other than that its a great saber. Looking forward to purchasing another one.
Packaging was phenomenal, and straight out the box this is a well functioning lightsaber.

It’s very cool. It took me a little bit to understand the different button presses and functions. It is definitely quality item and has real weight to it. I’m very happy with my purchase. I didn’t know it could change colors, which is just a cool feature I wasn’t expecting.
