Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

The soundboard and colors are great. Everything seems study and we'll machined.
I also loved how everything was packaged.
The ergonomics of the hilt are the only thing that could be improved. It's very accurate to the LEGO piece that it's based on, but that makes it somewhat uncomfortable to hold and do tricks with. If I could change it, I'd extend the handle to fit my whole hand, and round off the edges of the trimmings so they don't cut into my skin when my grip shifts.

Amazing saber that brings the lego charm to life

Upon arrival the saber functioned perfectly, lit up beautifully with all colors and all the different sounds. A couple days later I turned it on, it lit up but there was no sound. I charged the battery thinking it may have been low but didn’t change. I don’t believe there is a mute setting? It was never used in any dueling and was never damaged in any way. If you could help I would appreciate it, thank you

Reason why I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 is because of 2 reasons. 1. the 2 main buttons are lose and I’m constantly tightening them so they A. Actually Work and B. Don’t fall off while I’m swinging. And 2 is due to durability, dropped it once on my tile floor from about 2ft up and the bottom became lose. I fixed it with super glue but now there is a lose screw just rolling around. (I did drop it because the bottom half is too sharp and it cut me, no big deal) Other than that this is the best premium Lego saber I’ve seen and used, rock solid purchase worth the money. I just recommend to theory to stay on top of the quality control👍🏽👍🏽

This is the perfect gift for a LEGO Star Wars fan (this will be my Jedi Bob replica lightsaber). Fast shipping, I received my saber within 8 days of ordering it. Personally I only care if a lightsaber has smooth swing and can change blade colors, this checks both boxes. This saber is slightly shorter than I was expecting (I didn’t actually look at the product dimensions); it is a great option for a one hand saber. My only “issues” with this saber are, I wish it had 3 or 4 holes for the blade retention screws, as when you get the 2 retention screws tight there is still a little wiggle in the blade (nothing crazy, it’s just noticeable). And the machining for the pommel isn’t spot on; I was expecting the buttons to line up with one of the raised sections of the pommel, or for the buttons to fall perfectly between 2 of the raised sections of the pommel (this is not a dealbreaker, just me being a little OCD and Nit-Picky). I am very happy with this purchase. Keep in mind when changing blade color; turn the saber on and point it at the ground, hold the larger button and twist the saber. If you want to change the blade effect; turn the saber on and point it at the ceiling, hold the larger button and twist the saber.
