Electronics and Blade Options
Choose your bundle's lighting setup: Select the listed SNV or Proffie configuration for neopixel blade effects, including scrolling ignition and animations produced by LEDs inside the blade. The RGB option uses light from the hilt to illuminate a hollow blade instead.
Check the board and blade selections for each included saber. Available effects depend on the installed electronics and sound fonts, and blade choices are limited to those shown on this listing. The Empty / No Blade option excludes electronics and a blade.

Returns
Defective Items: Eligible for return.
Non-Defective Items: Eligible orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery, even if opened. Items must be in acceptable condition, with all original accessories and packaging included.
Non-Eligible Orders: Certain purchases may be excluded from the standard 14-day return policy.
Limited Editions: All limited edition purchases are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns, except at our discretion.

Restocking Fee:
- Standard Orders: No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
- Limited Editions: A 30% restocking fee applies to any exceptionally approved return.
Order Cancellation:
- Standard Orders: Eligible orders may be cancelled without a cancellation fee, provided they have not shipped.
- Limited Editions: All purchases are final sale. Any cancellation approved at our discretion is subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
For Sales Made During Conventions: All sales made at conventions are final, and items purchased at conventions cannot be returned or refunded.

Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.
