Covered Under Warranty:

Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

Great sound and effects. The hilt looks way cooler in person
This is my first third party saber and I am blown away at how good it is. From the packaging to the customer service. So far great experience.
Absolutely gorgeous! I can't give it 5 stars because other brands sell the exact same thing under a different name so I was kinda disappointed that it's not an original Theory idea. As for the one guy complaining about the bottom moving around and not being able to tighten it I'd like to say you can absolutely tighten it and the bottom is designed to come off for another unique look. I had the same problem and used my brain to fix it myself. It's not that hard.
This was my experience - I bought this Soldier hilt and when it arrived the white piece above the pommel piece was super loose and I couldn't even play around with the hilt because of it. I emailed customer service, sent them pictures and videos of my problem, they were working through it with me and they send me a video on how to tighten the loose piece. So I do exactly what was done in the video and the piece was still pretty loose so I email them back with a video for proof and they say they cannot exchange hilts, which Okay that would make sense but how about a refund so I can buy a different hilt from this company that would work for me, but no. I have not used it besides taking it out of the bag and holding it. They say it's user error and that it was not tightened correctly when I did exactly what their video showed to do. Take this how you will but I will not be doing business with them again. I'm sorry Theory I love you and your content, but I cannot pay $350 for a hilt just for it to be unusable and to not be able to get a refund for an unusable hilt. I'm just super disappointed, I had really high hopes.
This saber is unbelievable! The crystal being visible an ever color the blade is the crystal matches! The sound an music that’s already on the saber are awesome. I got mine with 20% off an I’m sure glade I purchased the saber👍🏽 .

Honestly, blown away from the amount of details that theory has put in for all of his sabers. This is my first very high-end saber I’ve ever bought. I’ve always bought from Disney because it was affordable. It was cheap. It was right there and just had it from my collection For these ones. There’s a lot more than music change the colors of whatever you wanted to be the sound of movement every single font has a different sound. I’ll definitely be buying more down the line, but this was money well spent for a hobby that I love. I love Star Wars and, if anybody else is interested in getting these there but there’s so much packed up into this one hill. The only thing I will say is kind of a hindrance because it’s not the two button. It’s kind of difficult to put on the a few different things. If you had the two buttons, it’d be a little bit easier, but once you get the handle of it and know what you’re doing will be second nature but other than that, I enjoy it. I love it.
I decided to go with this Soldier as my first order from Theory Sabers and I'm really enjoying it so far. It feels really good in the hand and having a visible crystal chamber is a really nice touch. The chamber changes colors based on the color you select for the blade, it flickers and flashes. Can't wait to get some photos with it. The charging port is in the hilt and you need to remove the screws to get it out, otherwise it's easy to work with.
