- Defective Items: Eligible for return.

Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

This was the first order that i placed with theory sabers i was notified when it shipped and got tracking information. As for the saber itself the emperor 2 is amazing i really love the weight to it, so much so that i wish my obi 3 had the same heft to it. This was the first time i received a saber that wasn't charged however on the proffie board I'm learning there's no deep sleep like the SNV pro boards and the buttons were also loose out of the box which wasn't a big deal but i thought it was damaged at first since they rattled so much from the speaker but after tightening them it hasn't been an issue. The only real complaint is the stand that came with it has a side of it that didn't get the black finish on it so its a bit of an eye sore sitting on the stand. This was my third order and it has greatly improved even with the error on the stand.

Regarding the stand, it is designed with an all black finish and there is a clear protective film that may still need to be removed. If the issue remains after removing the film, our customer service team would be happy to assist further.

This was my 10th order with Theory Sabers and I plan to keep ordering more! The build on this saber is superb and feels great in hand. Its heavier that it looks, but not in a bad way. When you grab onto it, it feels sturdy and durable and well made. When it first arrived the buttons did make some vibrating noises when the saber was activated, but all that needed to be done was to tighten them down slightly and it was clear after that.
