Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.
- Non-Defective Items: Returns accepted only if:Requested within 14 days of delivery.Item is unopened with all original tags and packaging.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

It's the first time buying this amazing lightsabers and it was very epic to own it.
I purchase the Father Son bundle. The Darth Vader Works great. The Luke Saber came with a broken blade. I waited 10 days for replacement blade to come. Then turned on the light saber only to find it didn’t work. It sounded funny, didn’t make proper sounds when swinging and no clashing as well. Speaker sounded blown and buzzed and crackled. According to customer service, an apparent short in the board. I feel like a may have received a used Saber. I wanted to just return and be refunded. They are asking me to try a new core which will take about 10 days to come in. So it will be well over a month from receiving saber before I can even try it out. I’m disappointed.

The sabers are beautiful. However that's not surprising to be honest. The real surprise is the customer service. Codi and the team are total professionals and deserve alot of credit. Theory put together a good team. Keep it up guys
10/10 for me, it came pretty quick and with the sale I couldn’t miss the opportunity to place an order for one of the bundles. This bundle really felt incredible once I had them out the boxes, seeing both Vader’s and Luke’s light sabers was surreal. The attention to detail is amazing and I would not expect any less from Star Wars theory and his team!
