We stand by the quality of our products and aim for customer satisfaction. All non-discontinued saber products have lifetime warranty.
Lifetime warranty covers defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core and blade.
Not Covered
Battle damage or heavy impact
Damage from forceful or improper disassembly
Damage caused by incorrect or high-output chargers
Issues from improper flashing or modification (soundfonts/blade styles)
Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

Had to order this bad boy since it's my favorite hilt design. And I absolutely love it. As far as replicas go it is amazing. I got the SNV version which is perfect for me, the default sound fonts, which don't have an actual Anakin font, but that's very much okay. Buyer beware stuff would be the buttons aren't on the hilt box, they're up top around the neck, so if you're spinning around you can expect to accidentally turn off your saber. Also those buttons have a bit of a rattle to them, it isn't your speaker rattling, just the buttons. Still super rad and absolutely love it.
First thing I watch Theory Sabers on the video, secondly, my brother picked it up of Anakin episode 3 Proffie hilt. Third. I uploaded my YouTube video and I’m very happy. I turned this out, and Theory Sabers was my favourite website. I thank you again for Theory Sabers for your service to my lightsaber in my collection. I will put five stars means highly recommended! hello there,For everyone who is reading this review if u have not read my review that i had previously wrote please do go read it,to some it up i will just talk about the issue and the ABSOULULTY FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT THAT I HAVE RECEIVED(I MENTIONED HOW BRILLIANT THE SABER AND THE EXPERIANCE WAS IN THE LAST REWIEW)ordered the ani 3 chosen 1 proffi lightsaber and and the blade was bent straight out of the box i was practising with it and throughout the week whiels i was practising round 30% speed and power it hit my walls about 10 times but then the blade did not ignite whiels sound working fine. Imediatly then Thoerysabers customer support replied to my review and let me know that they will be handling this,and that they 100% did.Legit the next day Sam from Tech support reached out to me and asked exactly about the issues and to send videos and photos so that they could get a better understanding of what was going on and throughout the whole proccess being so understaning and patience by responding back the same day having no delays apart from me being in the UK,what im trying to say is that they honestly give their all which is truly much appreciated and my replacement blade is on the way!.Sincerely there is no other company in the game like Theory sabers,its literally how Theory himself describes his company and having that trust in theory from being a longtime fan to see how thats exactly what theory sabers is is honestly crazy I have always believed in Theory and I knew i was right for anyone who is unsure please read my review it will change your mind THIS IS NOT ME GLAZING im just a fan like the rest of us what im saying is that whether you like or dont like theory theres no way that you can hate on his brand Theory sabers Thanks to the whole team and Theory keep going bro!(cant wait for vader episode 2)

Hello there, First off i want to say that i am a big fan of Theory i have been watching him for the past 8 years since i was 10 im 18 now i wanna say to theory thanks for all that hes been doing for our community and that to always keep going,when he first launched theory sabers i was so excited but i had to wait till i could buy them myself when i started to work so as soon as i did it was the first thing i bought and i dont regret it the feeling was out of this galaxy when i held the saber in my hand and ignited it for the first time it really is a weapon for a more civilised age.The hilt was absolutely beautiful.But what makes me disapointed is that the blade came bent straight out of the box and when i swinged it for the first time the emitter came straight off,whiels i was swinging my saber round at probs 30% power and speed it hit my wall maybe bout 10 times throughout the week now the sound works fine but it doesnt light up some time it needs a smack for it to turn on and it still shuts off and the clamp lever mid section the 2 rings get lose so i have to tighten them up after practising.This is why im disapointed because my saber barley works now if this wasnt the case i would of given 5 stars,im not sure if the pogo pins are bent maybey i can send a photo for the team to look at so it might jus be the actual blade problem hopefully and not the actual hilt.I will be buying more sabers from Theory but i jus hope that the blade comes properly and that the hilt doesnt have parts coming lose and flying off because that would be bad.I hope that the team will see this review,anyway tell theory that cant wait for vader episode 2 coming soon and that maybey down the line if he ever could come down to the uk because that would be so great if he could have a convention down here in London.May the force be with Theory and the whole team.

The quickest after shipping only took 2 dauys awesome customer service and great quality in a saber made my childhood dream come true.
This saber has a nice, premium weight with great accuracy and a very polished finish. However, the (grip strips or strip grips) that run from the control box band down to the pommel cap are only held on with what looks like double sided tape, they are not secured with screws and so can become crooked just from holding it, or pop off after use so a few extras are provided just in case. It also needs to be noted that this saber uses a slightly thinner blade and so cannot be used with any blades that most other sabers come with.

Nice heavy hilt, good quality and great sound. The only downside is it is slightly awkward to hold because of the design of the hilt itself, but that is simply part of it (Anakin bro, not super ergonomic man come on). Was delivered promptly and fortunately in good condition (you never know with overseas shipping after all.
