Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.
- Non-Defective Items: Returns accepted only if:Requested within 14 days of delivery.Item is unopened with all original tags and packaging.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

The detail is great, I love the Pixel blade ignition. The cross-guard attachments are nice too, however the screws provided were a little too short and were not catching the threads to stay in place for the bottom 2 screws. Luckily I had some smaller screws that were the correct size and slightly longer to keep the guard tight and secure.
Excellent Quality great product a must for any Star Wars fan, I have Purchased a few items from Theory Sabers and they Don't Disappoint their well made and movie and tv Accurate.

Love the fact that the cross guards can be easily added or removed; its like having 2 different versions of the same saber.
As for the gold band having to be added with a pen… I couldn’t be happier. I will always prefer black over any color, and it suits the saber just fine. In my opinion, looks even better!

The engraved sword is not centered as shown in the picture. I've yet to assemble it, but otherwise I'm confident this will bring the same high quality experience I felt with the Rook and Shadow Hunter! And yes, it is tightened all the way :(
I do like the look of the saber and the feel. It is a shame that I had to add the gold band with a gold pen ( which was included ). The crossguard was easy enough to attach and with the pen. I made it much the band. The added washers helped line up the sword grip better like in the store picture.

Absolutely beautiful saber from top to bottom. It looks absolutely gorgeous and wasn’t too terrible to put together when it arrived. I got the SNV4 version with the 36 inch blade. The sound fonts and saber customizations are just amazing. This is my personal favorite saber ever as I just LOVE medieval fantasy and of course Star Wars. I have a character in a book I’m writing that uses a similar looking magical weapon and when I saw this saber on your shop I just HAD to get it. Thank you so much Theory for this awesome Lightsaber it is just SO cool.
