Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.
- Non-Defective Items: Returns accepted only if:Requested within 14 days of delivery.Item is unopened with all original tags and packaging.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

It is awesome
I’m a very hard core cheap skate every time I go to spend money I look at the cheapest option. When it comes to these sabers I can’t help but keep going up in tier. The day I got this I ordered the next level up.
After years of following Star Wars Theory, I decided to buy my first saber for my graduation. I was so excited when I opened up my mystery saber. The saber is perfect. It is so beautiful. The sound board is amazing and I love how the charger is hidden in the handle. The detail of the saber of crafted very well. I love my Saber that I bought a second one.

The saber came out good. I really liked what I got. I thought I had to return few on the saber I got not the mystery box. It's why I didn't do it here. Completely forgot about the mystery box itself having a review
Was very impressed with how well ot was packaged as well as just how much stuff the sabers can do it's awesome you can just change the color whenever you want at no extra cost I've purchased from a lot of different saber companies and no one gives you as much what guys give without charging you an arm and a leg. Would highly recommend.
I bought the Mystery Box during a special buy 1 saber get 1 free sale, so I definitely got my money's worth. I would highly recommend to buy a pixel saber from them instead as the RGB saber pales in comparison.
