Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

It's a beautiful hilt, feels good and powerful. Sound quality is also peak.
So I got a few if these boxes. But it seems like TXQ who package them have a small rotation in what they send. So far out of total 7 I got 6 duplicates. So sort of removes the Mystery feel now. Good quality stuff tho. If you already have SNV4 Maul or Proffie Vader, dont buy this. If you dont have any Sabers, its a great value buy.
Out of the 4 total I've gotten. Two were proffie replicas(20%), one was SNV (10%) One was SE Proffie. (70%). All on or above the value I spent.
I got the Anakin EP2 in this, and proffie. I'm so happy. Over 100 dollars more value than what I payed for the mystery box. I really like the size of the hilt aswell, probably one I'd overlook buying, but so happy with the surprise. Ani 2 hilt och the old proffie board where you have to remove the battery to charge it, and only a 7/8 Blade, so keep that in mind

I only give four stars because the kylo ren hilt WILL NOT securely hold the blade in the pixel version blade is too long with too shallow of a socket
Move it at all and the blade disconnects

We ended up getting the dark lord Se proffie board! Sweet looking saber but what shocked us was how good the bogo saber we got is The butcher rgb saber. This thing is loud very light and just fun use while looking good.
The quality of the sabers are top notch !!! While it took a month to arrive and missed my target to give to my son on his birthday your support team member Chris was very understanding and sympathetic he went out of his way to resolve & communicate the issue in a very professional manner.
The gambit of not choosing a Saber worth at least $449.00 and leaving it to chance may not be the best choice as I was hoping it would be. I received a Dark Lord SE a retail value of $229 that I gifted to my son. We were hoping for a Saber worth $350 or more like a Duel King or Ani III.
My son looked up the price and his mother told him how much I paid she said he was somewhat disappointed.
