Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

The Emperor II is an amazing saber. Really love the obsidian, such a great touch. The weight is perfect and sounds amazing! If you are debating getting this saber you can stop, go ahead n get it “Do it”
I love this saber it looks and feels amazing it sounds great as well, this saber commands power and elegance i don't regret this purchase thanks theory sabers for this magnificent weapon of unlimited power!
This was my 10th order with Theory Sabers and I plan to keep ordering more! The build on this saber is superb and feels great in hand. Its heavier that it looks, but not in a bad way. When you grab onto it, it feels sturdy and durable and well made. When it first arrived the buttons did make some vibrating noises when the saber was activated, but all that needed to be done was to tighten them down slightly and it was clear after that.
Look, I'm not trying to bad mouth Theory Sabers or Star Wars Theory. Love the videos since the beginning. Now I will admit this is my very first Lightsaber purchase, at least from Theory Sabers. He certainly wasn't kidding when he said they are all about quality. At least with the hilt on the outside. But the same can certainly not be said about the Proffie. At least in this one anyway. In my personal experience of 6 years with Lightsaber Proffie from 3 different saber companies? In comparison, The Proffies of Theory Sabers is one of the cheapest things I have ever seen. The max volume is pathetic, compared to other sabers that scream beautifully. Not loud enough and yet the speaker, which obviously cheap been blown out anyway, ruining the function of the soundboard completely. And no sleep mode or even so much as an on and off switch somewhere on the chassis?? You have to physically remove the battery?? I am sorry, but as far as the functions go? I am very disappointed. It's a real letdown for $666. But don't get me wrong. The Hilts i've seen on Theory Sabers including my first one from you guys, I have, which is a limited edition. They are amazingly crafted. If you're all about quality for display purposes only? Sure. But still. And I say this with all due respect. Theory Sabers? Your Proffies are in dire need of Quality Upgrades. More Solid chassis. On and off switch or sleep mode option. And a way higher quality speaker, strong enough to with stand the volume since you have to up the ante on that too. My girl is a light sleeper and I couldn't even wake her up with this thing. So unfortunately for now I refuse to return as a customer until these general much needed improvements are met. Thank You.

The Emperor II Obsidian is a very unique lightsaber. Everyone knows about Palpatine’s main lightsaber, with the electrum on it as a slap in the face to the Jedi, but not too many people know about Palpatine’s 2nd lightsaber. As for the one made by Theory. As always, the quality and detail is top notch and love the all the sounds that come on the Proffie board.
The sound quality not as expected, it seems to be damaged . Nothing like i have experienced before. In my previous order. Disappointed 😞

I’m a very avid collector and while this isn’t a screen accurate version the emperor obsidian is a very nice hilt and the only variant I’ve seen on the market with black buttons. The black chrome is done very nicely and is very nice in person when you hold it and has a good heafty weight to it. Highly recommend!
