Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

These sabers are amazing. I got the default sound effects with a pixel blade. The blade is bright and effects like being unstable are incredible. The 12 standard start ups are nice too. These sabers are a bit pricey but totally worth it. Perfect for Star Wars fans.
After getting my first saber and very satisfied, I wanted to get a Dark Side saber. TRUE... The one I really wanted was the Dark Lord EP6 Stunt, but the price was a little much for me when dealing with a new company.. Maybe in the future. The Dark Lord Wannabe E-18 is Great for the price! I will most likely upgrade one day and give this one to my best friend! If you want a Dark side themed saber at a budget cost. I do recommend this one!
It was a great entry into getting my first SNV4-pro saber. Nice. Now I need to get another one!
So, I ordered this saber during a BOGO sale a while ago, and I am only wirting this review so late because it's the first time I put the lightsaber down
A bit of exaggeration aside, I purchased the basic font and blade, and boi, I was so happy and I have kept playing with it ever since, practising twirls and moves. I will surely once upgrade to a better version with better blade and fonts, but until then I have this lovely boy. Thanks for the amazing craftsmanship and extremly fast delivery (to Slovenia).
It’s been almost a year since I received this lightsaber (Proffie), and I’ve got to say, it’s absolutely worth it—especially since I got it for the May 25th discount last year. It has filled my year with so many good moments, and even when I’m down, I’ll pick up the lightsaber, turn it on, and it genuinely just makes you smile. It’s only the wannabe version, sadly, but it’s the most I could afford, even with the discount (there was no way I wasn’t getting Proffie). In the end, it was worth every penny.
One criticism I had, which might be fixed by now, is that the rubber on the hilt very easily breaks off after using it for a while. It could be user error, but I don’t believe that’s the case—I think the rubber is just more sensitive than expected. Honestly, it’s not big enough of an issue for me to take away a star.
This product was absolutely amazing, and I don’t have much to compare it to aside from my friend’s Disney saber. I must say, it blows it out of the water. I 100% recommend this lightsaber, and I can’t imagine any from Theory Sabers will let you down!
Bought this as a Christmas gift for husband and he loves everything about it. Great build quality, very responsive sounds and effects are fantastic. He was literally like a kid at Christmas with it!
The Proffie is impressive. The saber light. The sound fonts. Very good quality. My only negatives; I had to research videos to understand the full capabilities/functions not fully explained in the included instructions, and there is a film on the saber blades with a visible “wrap seam.” I don’t know if it’s a lamination or scratch protection. Some of it was already peeled at the base, so I was able to removed some of it with no degradation to visuals or performance. It looks much cleaner without this film, but I can’t seem to remove it all. Other than that, both the Proffie & RGB savers are amazing. I plan on purchasing more in the future.
I got the Dark Lord Wannabe for my daughters birthday had a problem in shipping the response was fast they fix the problem and even shipped it out over night from HK. I wasn’t expecting that. Thank you so much I can’t wait for her to open her gift.
It’s a great and cheap version of Darth Vader’s lightsaber that’s, closer to my budget than the lightsabers I would have liked to get but it’s still very wizard! It’s in great condition and looks awesome when on. There’s really nothing left to say about it.
As in the advertised picture of the hilt, I expected a two button version but it came as a one button hilt. The battery power after a full charge works well for 15-20 minutes tops of use, but after powering off the next turn on has resulted in an annoying start up sound which in having to recharge.
