- Defective Items: Eligible for return.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

It is my first saber ever and i'm felling like a kid my self :) Crusader - E37 Gold - realy Beautiful and taking the hits :D. Everbody around realy liked it. And the second one that I got also from the promotion for 2nd one with the order is also gougeous.
My girlfriend and I couldn’t believe these were actually what we paid for. So I got the 1st of 3 winter BOGO sales. My free one was the E09 I believe. Sorry If that’s not it. Almost in tears. Basically every sound font you could ask for in a beginner saber. The colors?!?! The pink and the white are *chefs kiss*. Not to mention the other 14 or so. Hilt is amazing and they’re just the cheaper ones. I can’t imagine how the replicas with profi are. Everything I bought was the cheapest options. And I feel like I paid wayyyy more. Even without the bogo. I really cant believe how incredible these things are. THEYRE NOT CONFUSING TO LEARN. I HAVE A SINGLE BUTTON. JUST TAKES AN HOUR OF CYCLING THROUGH THE OPTIONS AND YOURE GOLDEN. Theory. From the bottom of our hearts. You are the absolute man. Thank you so much. Thank you for continuing to be you. This this the best lightsaber I’ve ever bought. The price, I didn’t think I was gunna get sound. And it plays songs!! You read that right!!!!!!! The attention to detail in every little thing. Love the sabers, the design if the hilt is beautiful in person with a good grip, everything is well made and the combinations of the app and saber make everything easier, accessories and top notch especially the little bag for the hilt wich feel amazing. In all great lightsaber perfect for duel, cosplay or simply for swinging around.
