Bought this not too long ago. I love everything about it. The build quality is amazing and the sound and fonts are so freaking cool. It’s my first Theory Sabers purchase and my first proffie lightsaber and I have to say, I’m blown away. I quickly ran into an issue, however, that I’m sure others have had as well. There are 4 retention **** spots underneath the top emitter piece. After swinging it around and having a blast, I noticed the blade came loose a little. When I went to spin the emitter off to check the screws, the threads became stuck on those screws and I was unable to get the emitter off. I contacted customer support, they answered quickly and gave me a solution that worked. I ended up having to carefully wiggle (not twist) the blade out of the saber. This relieved tension on the screws enough for me to get the emitter off. I hope this helps someone else as well. I recommend using only one retention **** out of the 4, along with the top retention **** once you **** the emitter on. Otherwise, like I’m gonna do, buy a steel grub **** from a hardware store and use that on the top instead. Overall, great product and great experience all around. I will be purchasing more sabers from here in the future.

This was my first ever Theorysabers purchase and won't be my last, I absolutely love this lightsaber. I own another lightsaber from another company and it doesn't come close to comparing. The feel, the weight, the quality of the sound, the light, it's all amazing. Issues i had, which i don't consider complaints were tightening the screws to keep the blade in place was weird, the Alan wrench provided kept jumping and not tightening the blade in place and the blade had a bit of a jiggle or give. This was easily fixed by using my set of Alan wrenches and using a size up, now the blade is firmly in place. On the note of the blade I wasn't looking or paying attention I guess and got a short 26 inch pixel blade, I've since ordered the 32 which is much more suitable for me. Ordering the longer blade also meant figuring out which pixel blade fitted my hilt, 7/8s of an inch or 1 inch, I couldn't find this info anywhere I looked, so i just measured and figured it must be the 1 inch blade. All this being said, to me this is still the most amazing lightsaber I've ever seen or owned, and I've already ordered another for my step son and will order more down the road when finances allow it. I got this for my kid and its a beautiful. I'm not a fan on how you charge it, it needs a slight rework so you could just plug a USB C cable directly into the enclousure/housing of the board like some of his other models. With that said, its still a beautiful hilt. Real nice in the hand since the buttons stay out of the way.

My son is a huge Luke Skywalker fan so this saber was a no brainer for him. It was packaged beautifully and the sound fonts are awesome! The hilt is gorgeous, he absolutely loves it. The blacked out stand is perfect. Thank you, Theory and team. One issue I have with this saber are the buttons. They tend to get stuck a lot when you press them.

We did have an issue with the last six inches of the blade no longer lighting up. I reached out to customer service and they replied very quickly (on a Saturday) and easily resolved the issue. It was simply a setting that had been changed inadvertently. Support was wonderful!

I do wish that each saber came with it's own unique user guide instead of a generic one size fits all guide that barely applies to the saber you purchased. That's pretty annoying given the amount of money being spent. -1 star.

Overall this is a great saber and we're very happy with it.

My box was torn and taped back together. It looked like the item I was given was a repackaged return. Hilt has a great build quality but the securing mechanism for the blade is poorly designed and won’t be able to handle much use. It’s basically a few 1/4” screws that are supposed to pin the blade but it’s not very good. Love the company but I regret purchasing at such a high price. Worth maybe $150 not $450. That’s a premium price but did not get a premium experience.

I really enjoyed the saber when I first got it. Less than a year after receiving the saber, it started to have issues with the audios where it would stutter. I sent an email to Theory Sabers support and I spoke with Sam C, where they confirmed it was a defect. After about 2 months of communications and back and fourth, Sam stated that it was no longer under warranty since the warranty starts when the order was placed and not when I received it 17 days later. Meaning I would have to spend an additional $75 for a repair that is not guaranteed. I've always charged the saber as instructed. I never hit things with it or drop it. And now I'm stuck with a dysfunctional lightsaber.

Incredible blade and design. Luke has always been my favorite Star Wars character, and to have his lightsaber in my posession is a dream come true.

Build quality, sound board, Proffie blade, hilt itself, all top notch. Absolutely love it.

Even more incredible in person. I was blown away by the presentation and quality of the saber. I had a great time learning how to use the saber! I will buy another soon.

Took little long to arrive but was overall a good product will be buying more in the future.
