Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

So this is my second purchase from theory sabers and while I will state it isn’t as loud as my cultist saber , it is still phenomenal. Holding this thing brings back memories…every time I ignite it up I can’t stop smiling and that alone is worth the purchase and being Irish I needed that qui gon hilt so here I am haha
Unfortunately when it arrived the box had been a little damaged by the delivery guy causing the sabers speaker itself to act up , contacted customer support and within an hour I was chatting to an absolute saint of a man named Sam , who not only helped but listened and actually cared which is amazing given the customer services from other company’s I’ve bought from in the past ran me in circles then blamed me, so after running some tests he deemed it damaged and asked for it to be sent to him , couple of days later it’s back in my hand and working perfectly.
So big shout out to you guys and gals appreciate what you do and I will 100% be buying more so keep it up 🤙🏻
To start, I like the saber. Jinn is my favorite Jedi. However. The blade jiggles. And it ain't the only hilt I've had a problem with. Anakin saber jiggles, Luke saber broke the bottom of two different pixel blades. I used the promo code to get the SE version too and either it is late, was lost, or just ain't coming. Got the case and hat though. And as rad as customer service can be, I don't have the stamina to go through it. The flicker the blade has with the jiggle blade hardly shows in video anyway, so probably a waste of time. Anyway I've written and deleted this review like 3 times cause I feel bad leaving it, but I'm tapped out and just don't care anymore.

I rolled the dice and came up a winner with this lightsaber. Mind was blown away, I was lucky 🍀 enough to get a replica proffie . The sound just has me lost for words on how great it sounds, couldn’t have got a better lightsaber. I really rock with this lightsaber truly !!!!!
The saber is easy to grip and has good craftsmanship. A highly Resilient saber.
Saber didn’t want to work. Kept cutting off and beeping. Contacted ppl and tried their suggestions. Still problem persisted. For me…$600+…. Just wanted a saber that worked right. Clean hilt and nice packaging tho

Love it it’s awesome
Wanted this Saber for a very long time. By far the best Saber I have ever bought.
I anticipated the lightsaber's length and thickness to be more substantial and impressive. Given its price point, I feel it falls short of expectations and isn't quite worth the investment. On a positive note, the overall quality of the lightsaber is commendable, showcasing good craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Everything about this saber is awesome. It is really well made and looks movie accurate. For any Qui Gon Fan i highly recommend!
