Best place to buy a saber in the whole galaxy

It’s such an amazing looking saber, truly a masterpiece. While heavy I have no problem swinging and spinning it around. Highly recommend, especially if you want a workout.

The Satele sabers are a wonder to look at. This was my first TheorySabers purchase- not because I am a fan of the Old Republic era or Satele herself necessarily, but because of the beauty of this piece. The detail work on the handles is intricate, and the way the emitters show the blade color on the side add a lot to the look. The option to use this lightsaber as a dual blade or single blade in each hand really adds to the value of this purchase, and it looks great on display.

Things to know: When I first held the sabers, I noticed the scrollwork on the handles felt a bit rough in my hand, in fact it was almost sharp. They have worn down a bit as time has gone on, so they feel better now. When twisting the sabers apart, the middle coupler can sometimes get stuck onto one of the sabers, but using a rubber jar opener will get it off with no problem. If you are going to duel with them, just know that the three spines under the emitters might get bent from being hit. It happened with one of mine, and I can’t say I’m surprised. It’s just the nature of the game.

The dual saber with both blades attached is quite sizable (and I got the shorter 32-inch blades), so spinning the full saber indoors is not really advised unless you have tall ceilings and lots of open space. It is best done outdoors. Not a complaint at all, everyone who buys this product wants it to feel big, just thought it was worth noting.

I did have one issue however…

After a while the second button on one of the sabers flew off when I was spinning it. I was lucky to find the button later! Upon taking the button assembly off, I discovered that the buttons are held in place with a lock washer, and mine had fallen off. Without the washer, the second button doesn’t really work. I can still “push the button” by sticking a paper clip or similar pointy object into the hole to push the button on the board, but it’s not practical.

I contacted customer support and asked if they could send me a replacement washer or maybe a new button assembly. I was told I could purchase a new button assembly for $40. I understand that it is not free to ship out a new part, but this price seems a bit steep to me. Perhaps this is an issue with this part in general, or maybe this is just an issue with my saber.

In all, I love this saber and proudly display it as the first piece of my TheorySabers collection, but I can’t give it five stars based on the button issue and steep cost to fix it. I would recommend Satele’s saber to other customers, and hope that their buttons stay where they belong!

The hilt is good quality and the design looks awesome, I love the different ignition effects that come with the SN4, on one saber the buttons were easy to operate but on the other they are very difficult to press and it has these tiny parts that stick out which press into your thumb when trying to press the buttons which resulted in blisters, I guess it was a design flaw, overall I'm happy with the saber, also I purchased this during the get one free sale and I do believe you should not complain about a free item but the free saber I received was just so cheap and unimpressive, I couldn't find the hilt on your website and it only has one colour with no lighting effects, I assume it has an RGB board, it resembles a saber I bought for my daughter from Kmart, I was excited to see what I was going to get but was really disappointed, since I didn't pay for it, it has not ruined my experience and the saber I did pay for I am more than happy with 👍

Love these sabers but a few petty complaints. Some of the sound fonts don't match with the blade colors. Nothing i can't fix easily. Some of the metal pieces that lock in the battery click no matter how tight you make it and the sabers slightly don't line up perfectly but again it's not a make or break for me. As part of the buy 1 get 1 free I was given the cheapest Ani AOTC Inspired Saber RGB S16 - 32" Blade. One of the power modes plays sound but the saber won't light up. The only way it works is if you are literally beating on it. Anyway free os free right.... I read a review from another guy who got his for free and it seems like after Stupendous Wave said anyone ordering duel sabers like this is getting a steel. I wonder if the free "random" might not be so random. I don't recommend even the best version of the Ani AOTC Inspired Saber but do recommend picking up these two.

I bought the SNV4 version and I’m absolutely satisfied with what I got. Sounds, clashes and swing is awesome! Definitely duel worthy as me and my friend went all out! If you don’t have enough for the proffie, SNV4 is good enough. Also, this was my first saber. Will look forward to getting more! 👍

Overall, I have nothing bad to say about these sabers. They definitely feel well-made, the Weathering on both Sabres were well matched, and the sound quality is very good. They are a lot heavier than I was expecting, but not in a bad way. The buttons on these are smaller than what you see on other Sabres and it took quite a bit of trial and error to figure out the nuances of the button pushes. I ended up emailing customer service and the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, sending me, some more detailed direction on things like changing the blade color.

I will admit the way that these sabers work is not always in intuitive. Learning how different effects are applied and can be modified by later changing blade colors takes a bit of practice.

The only thing I was confused about, as another reviewer posted, was the description seemed to imply that the sabers had some kind of twist Connection where the hilts could be easily locked together and taken apart. That is not the case, you have to unscrew the bottom of each saber and add a connector to make them into a staff. Not a huge deal as my intent now is to keep them join together anyway, More parts for me to keep track of, and not lose in the future future.

The only real issue that I had is how these were packaged for shipment. The actual collector box that they come in was wrapped in a posterboard, thin box with no extra padding or gap. My collector box on this saber survived with only a couple minor dents, another saber that I ordered from TS had the collector box absolutely destroyed in shipping. Given the cost of the sabers I wish they put a little more effort into packaging and shipping them.

I will say, if you intend to use these connected as a staff, and plan to play with them indoors, you definitely want to get the shorter blades. I got the 32 inch blades, which are great when the sabers are being used individually, but I may have to buy, the shorter blades for when they're together in staff form

Very happy with the purchase overall and will continue to look for other opportunities to purchase whenever I have the extra cash to do so

I got this saber in SNV4, and it definitely does not disappoint. The sound quality is great, the lighting is amazing, and I love all the different saber options! It's an absolute joy getting to know the saber as a lifetime fan of Star Wars.

The only thing I noticed that was off was that the coupler gets stuck on one of the hilts! I have to get my roommate to gorilla grip it and twist to get it off lol so if that was smoother, everything would be perfect

The hilts came with one weathered and one not, a bit frustrating for a SET. However, customer service was fast to respond and reach out to the manufacturer to have a replacement hilt sent. This is a satisfying solution.

My only other gripe is the sound fonts. It’s cool that they are custom and exclusive, but there are so many red ones as opposed to others and I’d love to see the sound font of the actual character who the hilts are “inspired” by included at this price point.

Been wanting this saber for years, unfortunately this one was a bit disappointing. I first saw this saber on another site years and years ago and missed it because it was a limited run, then it came back without the engravings on the handle instead it was smooth. I had it in my cart and ready to hit checkout but for some dumb reason i decided to wait because it was a rather large purchase at the time. That version also sold out and i missed my chance. After about 10 years waiting for it to come back i found it here on this site so i jumped at it and ordered it. At the time there was only one image and it was the one of the two hilts together with no blades in or turned on, the description says "Both sabers give you the option to wield as one dual bladed saber, or take them apart simply by twisting them apart and wielding both in each hand." which really sold me on it because the other site that had this saber said you had to unscrew the bottoms of both single sabers then screw in a coupler for the staff and to have them as two single sabers you had to unscrew them from the coupler and screw back in the bottoms, i thought wow they figured out how to do it without having to do all that mess... well i was wrong!! so the description is a bit misleading. i used the single saber pics of this saber to get more images and a better since of what it looks like so with that and the description i went ahead and ordered me this saber. when it came in and i opened it up the first thing i saw were the saber plugs and i was like "WTF?!?" they were copper AND they were two DIFFERENT styles so they didnt even look the same, i then pulled out one of the hilts and i first noticed the weathering and how badly it was applied, it really shouldn't have any weathering except for the section that has the engraving, everything else should be shiny chrome. Instead there is weathering (or basically a black wash) all over the hilt and its very splotchy and not well applied. Another thing is these hilt are heavy and thick, not quite as thick as the black label sabers but darn close and im not sure what type of metal is used but it feels a bit odd and almost cheap, i don't know if its a finish that is applied to it or what but its really hard to explain it just feels odd. then you have the instructions, they are not helpful at all, now maybe if you come here and watch the videos it may be better but the ones that come with it are nearly useless, they really need to tell you what each button does and what each press does i.e. caber effect, sound, how to change color of blade. it took me forever to get it to turn off and i actually think it turned its self off. the instructions really should be for that particular saber as well because this saber's buttons aren't quite like the others. Now after seeing all this i sent an email to the support email asking why i got two different saber plugs and also if copper is the default color even for silver hilts and i was surprised i got a response in less that 5 min BUT the only answer i got was this "Hey man.
The copper ones are standard however on your next order, should you choose a new saber, I can send you a silver one for free no problem." so i quickly replied with but its a dual saber so that means TWO plugs and also why did i get TWO completely different plugs for a DUAL SABER?? its been a week and still no response i even sent another email a couple days later and still no other response. they also state there is a return label inside the box for returns but i dont have one in mine so ill be emailing them asking about a return shipping label because i will be returning this saber unfortunately. also apparently we can only upload 5 pics... i have a few more than that to share but cant.
