Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

Bought this at Fan expo Denver. I've had a little bit of problems where the blade freezes and suddenly or turns off for some reason. After taking the battery out of the pack and plugging it back it it seems to fix the issue though. Other than that its a great saber
Definitely exceeded all my expectations! It’s everything I ever wanted: durability, realism, and attention to detail. This replica of Galen Marek’s lightsaber is indeed the best in the market! It’s especially cool because of how the exposed crystal changes color when the blade does. As well as the unique music and sound fonts that are provided only by Theory Sabers. Thank you for this ridiculously awesome masterpiece!

Absolutely love this saber! The fonts and colors are awesome. Incredible responsiveness to movement. The slightest twitch in my wrist and the saber sounds react to the movement. I love the easy controls, the easy ability to change color and sound font, etc. The user manual is great. Can’t say enough good things about this saber!
Expensive, but 100% worth it. Holding this thing made me feel like I little kid again. The hilt is beautiful and the exposed crystal gives it such a unique look. The swing audio is very responsive and the overall sound quality is great. I did have problems with loose screws near the emitter but their customer service was amazing and I have new parts on the way! Highly recommend.

This is a great saber, I love the exposed crystal.
The packaging Theory Sabers uses is excellent and it’s a really nice experience to open the box and the beautiful bag the saber comes in. But what’s really great is the set of sound fonts and blade profiles that come loaded. It’s a really great set and worth purchasing from Theory Sabers for that alone.
My saber was working fine but when I needed to charge it for a while and went to inserted the battery chassis and blade back in, my saber started to have problems with one RGB light color emitting from one side of the blade, so I had removed then re-Assembled the saber and now the blade no longer ignites but continues with emitting lights where it shouldn't be when not turned on or ignited.
I have read the FAQ page on removing the battery out the chassis itself and still continues with the problem. Waiting on help support email. Other than that the hilt is beautiful and amazingly detailed.
This is my first time buying a saber and it won’t be the last, due to how great this experience has turned out. Ordering was easy, and delivery did not take too long at all. My saber came in less than two weeks and everything came in nice packaging, and no damages whatsoever.
Now when it comes to the saber… I can’t imagine it getting any better. The attention to detail and the quality is as good as it gets. I highly recommend the proffie. The colors and the sound are unbelievable!! It almost feels like it’s real at times.
Theory is clearly setting a new standard and I can’t wait to see where he takes it from here!!
