Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

Great add to my cal kestis collection. I made a mistake with my order by choosing "empty" in the blade category. Oops ! It meant without any electronics. Luckely, theory s assistant service is helping me rectify this. Great handling of the saber nonetheless, good weight and nice finish.
This was my free saber for the order66 BOGO promotion. Though I was hoping for a different hilt, it worked out much better that I got it since the case I made was also housing my Cere (Boone Kestis) hilt. Not sure if anyone picked this one for me on purpose but well done if you did and well done if you didn't 👍🤣.
All that out of the way, this is a wonderful saber. Mine came as a base lit hilt and though I was disappointed to see it was, the disappointed subsided as soon as I turned it on! The blade was much brighter than I would have thought and the speaker was great as well!! The quality of this saber even in its cheapest form is wonderful and has convinced me that I'll need to get a few more base lit sabers for when kids are at the house. Of the three sabers I now have from Theory, this is the cheapest,but that's actually amazing given the quality. If you're on the fence about getting this, YOU SHOULD! And if you are worried about the cash to go proffie, YOU SHOULDN'T! Any version of this saber is more than acceptable as a fun thing to hit stuff with or as stunning display piece. I will only buy my sabers from Theory Sabers and if they don't have what I'm looking for I'll wait.

I've had my Taron saber for about a month now and I am truly impressed with the quality in every aspect! Learning the settings and features doesn't take very long at all and it's incredibly easy to charge and assemble/disassemble. I have the free Mark I font package and it's everything you could need as a star wars fan! The attention to detail and realism of this saber is beyond anything I have owned before, and I am looking forward to getting another addition for my collection. :) Thank you to the whole team at Theory Sabers!!

This saber has a really great design. The beveled designs look great when the light hits it. The grip feels great in the hand and the unique design and color of the hilt really makes it stand out from the rest of my saber collection. Theory Sabers really got this one right and would be a great addition to anyone's collection.
