Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

This is a 5 star lightsaber. But the customer experience here was ROUGH.
On business day 14 I emailed asking for an update, as I had received no communication and no lightsaber. I was told 2 days later that they are busy. That's not quite a good enough reason or a good enough update.
On business day 18 I reached out again. Silence. On day 19 I followed up again and was met with a hostile response "I had updated you yesterday regarding this. [and we are still busy]" was the crux of the email. Which was an outright lie, and a weird choice. I wondered why Sam C would declare an email/update that did not happen or get sent the day before.
On arrival, the Micro SD card reader was damaged. I emailed support again and was told to buy one on Amazon. Really?
Another thing to mention, the stand it comes with is fine. It does it's job, but it is a super scratched 3d printed cheap thing.
Overall, it took 27 business days, or 38 total days to arrive from folks who did not seem to care that I chose to shop with them. I'd happily wait 2 months if I am kept in the loop and not left in the dark.

The detailing of the saber is incredible. Exactly what you'd expect from a theory saber. However, this one in particular has some issues. I don't know if it's a design flaw or what but the blade tends to detach from the hilt much easier than any of the other sabers I've bought. Not detach as in it'll just suddenly go flying when u swing, rather it'll slightly detach so that it no longer glows while the crossguard blades do. It makes me super nervous every time I swing it and now probably won't even use it for friendly duels.
Frickin’ huge!
I was excited to receive this saber. Watching Star Wars Theory showcase it on youtube convinced me to make my first Saber purchase. I let it charge for the recommended time and started to try it out only to encounter "Directory not found" errors while cycling through the fonts.
I contacted support and followed their instructions that might fix it but nothing worked. I was then told I have to pay to ship the saber back to get looked at. On top of that, the side blades will not stay up light in the video. I've tightened them like the customer support rep told me too but as soon as you move them it loosens and falls down.
When I pointed out that they want me to pay to ship them my defective saber to look at I was told they would speak to their team and get back to me. It has now been 6 days since I've last heard from anyone.
I love Star Wars and I've been a fan of Star Wars Theory for some time now and I love that this business exists for the fans but I really hope I am not being stalled out until 30 days after purchase.

I live this saber a lot. I was so surprised with the size when I got it in my hands. Been having a fun time swinging this around and the weight of the hilt feels so balanced when swinging it around. The detailing on this saber is extraordinary, it's amazing that so much detail was put into this saber. I defiantly gonna be cosplaying Cal Kestis for Fan Expo this year. Defiantly recommend this saber for anyone who is interested in it.
Easily the largest saber I've ever held. It's what you expect from a hilt of this size, making you feel extremely empowered. It is satisfying swinging this fairly weighted hilt even without a blade.
I recently used this at a con and the Ep. 3 anniversary theater release gaining tons of compliments.
My only complaint would be the screws/fasteners used for the side blades. This order came with 0 extra screws for said side blades and they strip easily. I would recommend making sure there are extras shipped with this saber and possibly improving on it.
Also as you adjust them even when tightened, they will gradually loosen and risk falling out. Make sure you don't adjust them that much unless you're able to then tighten them again with your tool. In my case, I had them flat on each side and didn't have to adjust them at all.
Thankfully the vertical stand that I purchased from this site came with extra screws (slightly larger) that not only work well with the side blades but help immediately identity which button is the on button and the other that is for configurations; I used mentioned screws for that side since they are slightly thicker.
If you're a fan of the Jedi games involving Cal Kestis from Fallen Order and Survivor, you will enjoy this saber. But keep note of my cons that I mentioned.
