Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

Although this is a decent saber staff, mine was asymmetrical. Moreover, the buttons were too springy. This is just going to be a display piece. I did not feel as excited as I hoped.
Absolutely loved it!
This lightsaber is so beautiful, its a very nice design. The electronics have worked great and its a very solid saber.
Butttttt... the buttons to work it are finicky, They are custom to make the saber more screen accurate, but seem easy to break. It is also hard to get the buttons to click sometimes.
Unfortunately a big flaw is an otherwise great product.
I love how sleek this feels in my hands, and how all of the different features work perfectly, especially the sound fonts. I wish the buttons would line up perfectly when put together like the picture shows, but other than that it is an excellent product!
Great Temple Guard saber. The only thing I wish it had was the Temple Guard sounds fonts.
This is a very well put together saber. I wish there was folding connection and wish I could get the buttons to line up perfectly. When together the buttons are just off by a little. But This is a great set of sabers than combine to make it awesome.
So this is my first saber. After watching reviews and doing some digging and research, I decided on this. I love the design. I am a bit bougie so gold on anything looks great to me. I know I wanted a double-bladed saber as well. I love the option that this is also two singles. I haven't made it to the Temple Guards in the show because I am struggling to get through the first couple seasons of Clone Wars, but from what I know about them they are super cool. I just wanted a saber that looked more pretty/high end and this was perfect.
As for timeline, I put the order in on May 23rd. On May 29 I got a text from DHL saying I have an incoming shipment from Hong Kong. I didn't order anything else, so I just assumed this was my sabers. Here is where I have a suggestion for Theory: I never got any shipping update or processing update or anything in email from you. I just got the original order confirmation and then this random text from DHL. No information on who the package was from. That's fine, but it would be nice to have an email from you guys when everything is processed and shipped showing the tracking (The order page still just says order completed from the email, in progress on this site.) Anyways, the saber arrived today, May 30th. Incredibly fast.
Again, I am new to this. Proffie at first was intimidating to me but I wanted the customizability. I figure, I am pretty computer savvy as I grew up gaming and such. So I got the Proffie intending to add some more fonts. I spent most of the day learning how to work Proffie and flash the board in anticipation for when my saber came in. I watched several videos from different creators and was able to flash both sabers with only a couple minor hiccups. I got a font and saber style from different websites. I added them to the other 22 fonts this saber comes with. No issues, it all works.
It definitely is a little cheesy watching reviews when people first unbox these and they are smiling hard but honestly, you can't help but smile. When I was a kid in middle school, a bunch of my friends and classmates bought those plastic collapsible sabers. We had Sith and Jedi. We would ambush each other after class, and randomly duel in the lunch room and other places until the school got sick of us and said we could no longer bring them on property. As an adult now buying this, our toys just get more complicated and more expensive. But it still made me smile with the beautiful presentation that Theory gives with these. The videos showing the box and everything I watched 100 times still didn't prepare me for how good it looks in person. I spent some time after I installed some custom fonts just swinging it around even without the blades in. It's addicting and just makes you feel like a kid with an imagination again.
So I want to thank Theory, I will definitely buy from here again if I get more in the future. Love your videos and introducing me to this new hobby. I know sometimes there can be issues with product (As I work in customer service for an online store myself) but my order was flawless and I am stoked about it.

The hilt(s) feel(s) very good in hand.
The one button control takes a bit of practice to get a hang of, also aligning both sabers on the connector handle can be tricky.
