Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

When turing on the blade it doesn't have the feature where the main blade turns on first and then the side vents shortly after.
Amazing quality all round, packaging, sound, quality.
Most welcoming coming out of a Grandmaster Mystery Box. My first special non-single hilt saber, it feels right to swing around where the physical esthetics (red wiring for example) don't bother me.
My only complaint is how you have to pull out from the top portion of a brushing component so that you can twist and expose the sound board for charging. It did shed the skin a but it's thankfully not a consistent issue. As for setting it up, I was actually able to do so on my own without looking at Theory's video on the saber but it is useful for those who need it.
Whether or not I'll cosplay as Kylo Ren, remains to be seen but still a fine addition nonetheless.
The saber is great but given the complexity of a cross design taking it apart and putting it together before and after storage can be irritating because it doesn't fit in the sleeve when it is put together. I like the appearance and design except for the wire due to the fact that it is slows efforts to separate the bottom parts of the saber. Besides these two things the saber looks and feels great.
This is an awesome saber. I love how the cross guard compliments the blade very well. My only complaint is that the wire runs over the cross-section to unscrew for charging. So the wire has constantly been stripped when you remove it, but other than that I have no complaints
The lightsaber is amazing i love the pixel blade and how it looks feels and sounds but the only thing i don't like is how the blade is secured 4 tiny screws that dig into the plastic, in my opinion the blade needs to be either screwed in like a lightbulb or one long screw through the blade as it feels like i can't fully become "emo ben" :) other than that i love it
Once setup the saber looks, sounds and feels great and is very impressive. However, it’s a pain in the ass to setup and I don’t advise dismantling it as in my experience it starts falling apart as you do. There is no dedicated setup video for this saber which is a problem given it’s different to most of the others. The screws are poor quality with the threads and screw heads quickly warping which means I’m going to have to try and source replacements otherwise the blades don’t connect properly and risk falling out. The gold chips at the bottom of the blades have a habit of popping out as well which I believe is the reason why the two hilt blades don’t work anymore. I also purchased one of the cheaper, simpler sabers which I’ve had no problems with so maybe my emo blade was just a dud and I just got unlucky.
