Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

The best sabre in my collection , absolutely love it
This was my first saber ever. It took some time to get here since the support told me there was a delay and I got no 185, but I got a free extra saber because of it and its a big plus on my side. The emperor saber is pure quality, I love the weight on it and it operates without any issue. All in all very pleasent experience and I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Mine only arrived yesterday however was well worth the wait. It would have been nice to get some more direct communication about the shipping ETA for customers outside the U.S. however. At this time I am glad that I actually got one however am also confused as to how I managed to get 195/200 despite actually ordering fairly quickly after they went live. Thanks however as this Saber is the pride of my collection and I look forward to enjoying it for years to come! Lastly it would have been 5 stars but I believe deducting one star for a months wait is valid.
Took over a month before it even shipped after many e mails some within 2 days, other over a week, when i eventually got it 12 th June, looks lovely but has no sound and lights up, currently waiting for tech so hopefully gets sorted, also when i received it i got no. 179/200 even though i ordered within 1 min of going on sale, Theory said during a live stream that the faster you order the lower the number you will receive, so how did the guy who received 66/200 who has left a video said he odered his 1 hour after they went live, mine has to be lower than 66 but the reply to that was we are transparent and have shared all information, so just dodging my question of how i don't have lower than 66/200.

Surprisingly heavy, fit and finish is top notch!
This is my second purchase from Theory. The saber is beautiful, the extras - the hilt cap, the bag, box, the stand - are all a nice addition, the limited edition plaque looks great (137/200). The prequel sound fonts sound great on the proffie board, and the syncing with the swings really put you in the world of Star Wars.
The only issue that leaves me thinking a borderline low 4/5 is the screw at the bottom of the hilt. This screw required a wrench to unscrew the first time to get to the board. It was only when I went to put everything back together that I realized the holes for the screw don’t line up correctly so that the screw will go in. To get the screw to screw in correctly (and out again) I have to push the bottom of the saber hilt hard up against my countertop and then hold it there as I screw the screw in (as seen in the picture). It’s not the worst thing, but a little annoying given the price and “limited edition” nature of the saber. Definitely a place for quality control to improve.
Overall, I love the saber, the weight of the saber is amazing. The feel of it in your hand as you swing it around makes it seem as though you have a real weapon in your hand; it’s hard to explain but it just feels a lot better.
An elegant weapon for a more civilized time.
As title says saber arrived damaged, the bolt that holds the board inside the chassis had noticeable “flaking” and worse the threads themselves were stripped. After finally being able to remove it I found that the internal thread to the board itself had been damaged. Contact support day of arrival and am closing in on a week of complete silence aside from automated emails saying “will hear back from us within 24-48 hours”
For the cost of this product was disappointing to say the least
